Digital Ecosystem for Netflix

Project Overview :

Netflix Show’s showcase product is a mobile application that seeks to be the one-stop resource for movie-goers. This application will help customers identify movies they are most interested in months before the movie is available in movie theaters. It will provide them with interesting content related to the movie and help them watch it, allowing them to buy tickets at a movie theater (Netflix will receive a fee).

Netflix to Cinema Theaters !

Netflix Show is joining forces with cinemas to deliver Netflix production films first in theaters. Clients will actually want to buy theater tickets through the versatile application without any problem. Netflix additionally needs to fuse a web-based media highlight to draw in clients inside the application and expand from their opposition. What's more, obviously, making a point to remain inside the planning framework.

Key Components :

1. A consistent transaction: A speedy transaction to buy a film ticket
2. Rate & Review: Connect with social media, add friends and see reviews given by them.
3. Augmented Reality: Promotion of upcoming movies by using AR.

Applied Hooked Model

I read the Hooked book and decided to follow the hooked model. Some facts blew my mind one of them was seventy-nine percent of smartphone users check their devices within fifteen minutes of waking up. The author in the book talks about how the habit is formed and how some unconscious actions slowly form the habit. This technique of habits can be beneficial to companies to design such habit-forming products to which users get hooked.

In this application, we defined the approach to the entire digital ecosystem. We demonstrated the role of social media, the role of the customer's phone (e.g. alerts) and incorporated other e-commerce designs.

Why does Netflix needs a digital ecosystem ?

1.Our primary goal is building publicity around these productions by giving engaging content to our users.
2.The more content people see related to Netflix originals movies, the almost certain they are to watch our films.
3.Recommend Netflix originals.
4.This system will help Netflix to keep users engagement by offering rewards and rates n reviews by friends features.

Low Fidelity

The navigation bar highlights the essential features of an application. The home button is there to show newly released movies and movie suggestions. The rate and review button shows ratings and reviews by added friends. The augmented reality button helps users see movie trailers and offers in a mixed reality environment. The search button is there to find movies.

A Quick transaction

At the point when a customer decides to buy a ticket, we needed to give them a fluent system. The theater and payment technique is put something aside for the transaction and can undoubtedly be changed on this screen. At the point when a customer begins choosing a date, time, and seating,  the screen will automatically scroll after choosing a selection. Once bought, a saved QR ticket has appeared with the affirmation data. The client will likewise get a star in rewards to get a markdown on their next film ticket.

Rate and Review

Numerous customers will watch movies in the event that it is exceptionally evaluated or hear an audit from a friend. Netflix show has a component where there is a "rate and review" feed of a customer’s social media companions with the new film they have rated and reviewed.

Augmented Reality
